The Cole Law Office is an Alabama licensed practice.  Ms. Cole is a certified Alabama and Georgia Mediator where her focus is on employment, contract, and family disputes. Attorney Cole’s ability to listen to clients’ concerns and years of experience has proven effective in assisting clients in clarifying their objectives and reaching a mutual agreement. Ms. Cole has passionately protected the rights of workers throughout her career with the federal government. She help workers fight back against employment discrimination in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act to which includes, harassment, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination.

 

Attorney Cole has a thorough understanding of the federal and state laws that protect workers by allowing them to recover penalties, and retain or regain their jobs after timely reporting incidents of discrimination or harassment.

 

She began working in contracts negotiations in 1995 and completed the Department of Defense requirements for Level II certification. In 1999, she began mediation of employment disputes with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).  Attorney Cole is skilled and comfortable mediating issues for clients who have decided to resolve their differences at the lowest level, in the shortest time, and at the lowest cost.
